Acquity Group pulled together a nice infographic on the ecommerce trends for the 2011 holiday season. It reveals that mobile has a pretty big influence on the ecommerce, making an impact of 3-6.5% on the ecommerce when looking at 2011 compared to 2010.

More than half of smartphone users plan to use their devices for product comparison, coupon redeeming or use apps to get better deals this holiday. Most frequent activities smartphone users do are browsing for products with 62%, price comparison 52%, searching for coupons 47% or scanning bar or qr codes 43%.

Retailers acknowledged the growing mobile trend and 52% invested in mobile optimized websites.
